Sometimes you are just lucky enough to find yourself in the right spot at the right time to capture that perfect magic moment. Like this one which was taken from the bottom of Baldy Top Lookout as the afternoon sun illuminated the red rocky escarpment that is Baldy Top.
- Spot some wildlife
Now Brolga’s may be a fairly common bird out this way, after all Quilpie’s main street is called ‘Brolga Street’, however they never quite come out for a photo when you really want them to. Now we know we bang on about how great an Outback Sunset is – and it definitely is – but the best way to enjoy it would have to be with friends and family. These 2 characters were spotted enjoying a winter sunset and obviously couldn’t help but chat about it.

Not only can you catch the freshest feed of Yellow Belly or Yabbies it’s also a great activity for the whole family to enjoy and has many opportunities for classic Outback Magic moments.
